Learning path, starting level, and available languages
After registration, choose your learning language and daily study time. JadoLearn then shows lessons that match your starting level.
Placement is part of the initial learning-path setup and is not offered as a separate main-navigation feature. Your answers are used only to select a suitable starting level.
Yes. Beginner paths are designed for learning from the basics. Lessons are short and concepts are presented in sequence.
The current learning paths cover English and German. The site interface is available in Persian, English, German, and Armenian.
Lessons, progress, skills, and Leitner review
Depending on the course and level, activities may cover vocabulary, grammar, listening, reading, writing, speaking, and pronunciation.
Yes. Completed lessons, exercise results, and review activity are connected to your account so you can continue from the same point.
Vocabulary and items that need review return at suitable intervals. Correct answers increase the interval, while incorrect answers bring the item back sooner.
Refresh the page once. If the issue remains, send support the course or lesson name, what you did, and the incorrect result.
Sign-in, one-time codes, purchases, and access
Sign-in uses a one-time code sent to the phone number or email entered during the sign-in process.
Check the phone number or email, inspect the email spam folder, and request another code after the waiting period. Never share a sign-in code.
Do not pay again immediately. Send support the approximate payment time, amount, and transaction tracking number if available.
No. Complete card details are not entered into or stored by JadoLearn. Payment happens on the gateway page, and only transaction-matching information is returned.
Reporting issues and choosing the right contact route
Include the page name, device and browser, steps to reproduce the issue, and the exact error message.
Support is for account, sign-in, payment, course-access, and technical issues. Contact is for suggestions, feedback, partnerships, and general enquiries.
Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, full bank card details, or other confidential information. Submit a separate request for each unrelated issue.
