Accepting these terms
These terms apply to all JadoLearn services, including the website, installable experience, user accounts, courses, exercises, dictionary, store, and support services.
If you do not agree with a provision, you must not use the services that depend on that provision. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective means you accept the current terms.
Accounts and security
Some features require an account and accurate, current information. Each account is intended for the personal use of the registered user.
You are responsible for protecting your phone number, email, one-time codes, and connected devices. Contact support promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
- Selling, renting, or transferring an account is not permitted.
- Using one account for multiple people may lead to restricted access.
- You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless misuse is reported promptly.
Learning services and content
JadoLearn is a language-learning service that may include placement, courses, lessons, skills practice, dictionary tools, Leitner review, progress tracking, and related features.
Content and features may change as the product develops. Material changes affecting an active purchase will be communicated through the website or account when reasonably possible.
- Learning results depend on your starting level, study time, consistency, and performance.
- A feature shown on the website is not necessarily free or permanently included.
- The description on the relevant course, product, or plan page governs that offering.
Permitted use
You must use JadoLearn only for lawful learning purposes and respect the service, other users, and intellectual-property rights.
- Bulk copying, scraping, resale, or publication of learning content without permission is prohibited.
- Bypassing access controls, manipulating results, cheating, or using unauthorised automation is prohibited.
- Unauthorised security testing, reverse engineering, abnormal load, or access to another user’s data is prohibited.
- You may not submit unlawful, harmful, infringing, abusive, or malicious content.
Subscriptions, payment, and refunds
The price, access period, features, and limits of a plan or product are shown before payment. Paid access is activated after the payment transaction is successfully confirmed.
If your bank account is charged but access is not activated, send the transaction information to support so the payment can be investigated.
Cancellation or refund requests are reviewed based on purchase time, service commencement, usage, transaction status, and applicable law. If JadoLearn cannot provide the purchased service, the relevant amount will be returned as required by law.
- Discount codes are valid only for the stated period, products, and conditions.
- Automatic renewal will occur only when it is clearly disclosed and expressly confirmed before activation.
- Internet, bank messaging, and third-party charges are governed by the relevant provider.
Immediate activation and use of digital content may affect statutory cancellation rights. Review the plan details and access period before paying.
Your answers and uploaded content
Some exercises allow you to submit text, answers, audio, or learning files. You are responsible for having the right to use the material and for its legality.
You grant JadoLearn a limited technical permission to store, process, and transmit submitted content only as needed to run exercises, save progress, and provide feedback. The Privacy Policy explains data handling in more detail.
- Do not upload confidential, sensitive, or third-party information without permission.
- Automated or AI-assisted feedback is educational and may not always be error-free.
- Submitting content does not transfer ownership of it to JadoLearn.
Intellectual property
The JadoLearn name, brand, software, design, text, images, audio, exercises, course structure, and other content belong to JadoLearn or its licensors.
Valid access gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-commercial licence to use the content for learning. It does not grant a right to copy, sell, publicly distribute, or create a competing product from the content.
Availability and service changes
We work to keep JadoLearn available, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. Maintenance, connectivity problems, payment-gateway issues, updates, or events outside our control may temporarily affect the service.
Features and presentation may change for quality, security, or compatibility. We aim to avoid sudden removal or material reduction of purchased access.
Restricting or suspending access
JadoLearn may temporarily restrict or suspend relevant access when an account threatens security or other users, is connected to fraud or suspicious payment, breaches these terms, or misuses protected content.
We normally provide a reason and a review path. Urgent security or legal risks may require immediate restriction without advance notice.
Responsibility and learning outcomes
JadoLearn supports language learning and does not guarantee exam success, immigration, employment, admission, certification, or a specific proficiency level.
General learning content is not a substitute for professional immigration, legal, academic, or career advice. Decisions outside the educational purpose remain your responsibility.
JadoLearn’s responsibility is limited to applicable law and the commitments clearly stated for the relevant service.
Privacy
Account information, learning progress, exercise answers, technical data, and support communications are handled under the JadoLearn Privacy Policy.
Read the Privacy Policy before submitting personal information or files. Using the service involves processing data to the extent necessary to provide it.
Governing law, updates, and contact
These terms are interpreted under the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Disputes should first be submitted to JadoLearn support and, if unresolved, may be referred to the competent legal authorities.
This document may be updated when services or legal requirements change. The current revision date appears at the top of the page, and material updates will be communicated through the website or account.
